New: Niz

Niz is a new issue on this site. It is meant for children to practice in an interesting way Latin and Cyrillic alphabetical order of letters. This is because these two alphabets differ from each other and also from the alphabets of other languages.

To know alphabetical order by heart is important to be able to use dictionaries, phone books, even some online information ordered in that way.

Niz is posted on page Download [6-9] where you can download it.

How to print the posters

You can print the posters with Serbian Latin and Cyrillic alphabet in several ways:

1. Go to page Download [6-9] and click on Posteri for download.

2. Print  the posters. There are several options for printing:
  • Format A3: The file is set for printing directly on A3 to make a poster. Just print the pages you want.
  • Format A4: This is a smaller format, easier to use while writing or reading. You can opt for a double-sided printing.
  • Booklet: If you select this option, it is very important to print double-sided to have pages printed in the correct order. Fold the pages in half and staple them in the middle.
  • Format bigger than A3: If you want to print the posters on the bigger format, the best option is to request the file adjusted to bigger sizes to keep all features of the poster unchanged. To get this file, just send an e-mail to slovceblog@gmail.com mentioning the format you prefer.

About the titels Latinijada and Ćirilijada

The idea was to give a recognizable title of the study material. In era of Olympiadas worldwide and popular events such as “Kobasicijada“, Čvarkijada” etc. in Serbia  (please, search on internet for more information), the titles of this study material got the name in the spirit of these titles.

As the name said, the Serbian Latin alphabet is introduced and practised in Latinijada 1-4 and the Cyrillic alphabet in Ćirilijada 1-4.

You can download for free the study material from page Download [6-9]. At the end of this page there are the Solutions. How to use the study material from this site you can read in the post with that name.

On the page English/Engleski you can find more information about this material as well as in Concept of Latinijada 1-4 and Ćirilijada 1-4 and the posts written for each material separately.
